Unauthorized advertising changes via unverified admin request

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to add administrative advertising content via a crafted POST request. The /admin/ca_deal.php handler processes attacker-supplied advertising fields in an add request without verifying that the authenticated administrator intended to submit it. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit attacker-controlled content, and the demonstrated consequence is an unauthorized advertising record.
