Content deletion via forged administrator request

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows attackers to delete news content through an authenticated administrator's browser. The /admin/infoWeb_deal.php handler accepts a POST with mudi=del and an attacker-selected dataID without verifying intentional administrator submission. The victim must have an active administrative session and load attacker-controlled content; successful exploitation deletes the selected CMS record.
