Unauthorized website-link creation via unvalidated admin POST

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to add a website link through an authenticated administrator's browser. The /admin/infoMove_deal.php add handler accepts attacker-supplied POST fields and processes the state-changing request without a request-bound anti-CSRF value. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to load attacker-controlled content; the demonstrated consequence is creation of a link record.
