Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized AJAX parameter
Published Jun 13, 2024 · Updated Mar 25, 2025
SQL injection in SalePHPscripts Web Directory Free before 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries through an AJAX request. The w2dc_get_map_marker_info action places an attacker-controlled locations_ids array value into a SQL statement without sanitizing or escaping it. The action accepts unauthenticated requests, enabling UNION-, error-, and time-based query manipulation that can expose database data or delay query execution.
