Command injection in NETGEAR XR1000 1.0.0.64 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through its web interface. Public sources identify usb_remote_smb_conf.cgi and share_name but do not disclose the exact unsafe command construction. Exploitation requires local-network access by Wi-Fi or Ethernet and administrative credentials, after which arbitrary code runs on the router.
