Process crash via malformed WebAssembly functions section

Out-of-bounds read in VMIR e8117 allows local users to crash the VMIR process by supplying a malformed WebAssembly file. The wasm_parse_section_functions routine dereferences a null pointer while parsing a crafted functions section, causing a read from the zero page. The file must be opened by VMIR; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and process abort, not code execution.
