Unauthenticated command execution via hostTime injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK CP900L firmware 4.1.5cu.798_B20221228 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted request. The NTPSyncWithHost function incorporates the attacker-controlled hostTime parameter into operating-system command syntax without neutralizing command elements. An adjacent-network position is required; no authentication or user interaction is needed, and exploitation grants command execution in the firmware environment.
