Root access via hardcoded Telnet password

Hard-coded credentials in TOTOLINK CP900 4.1.5cu.798_B20221228 allow remote attackers to gain root access through Telnet. The firmware stores the Telnet password in /web_cste/cgi-bin/product.ini and accepts that shared secret for the root account. Network reachability to the Telnet service and knowledge of the embedded password are sufficient to gain full device privileges.
