Unauthenticated command execution via unescaped sql_case

Command injection in Mocodo Online 4.2.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via the sql_case field. The /web/generate.php handler concatenates the unescaped POST value into transformation options passed to PHP exec(). No authentication or user interaction is required; selecting the _ddl.sql conversion reaches server-side shell execution.
