Out-of-bounds read in FFmpeg 6.1.1 allows remote attackers to disclose memory or crash PowerPC AltiVec builds while decoding VP8 video. The VP8 AltiVec horizontal subpixel loader can select index 3 from h_subpel_filters_outer, but that table contains only three elements indexed 0 through 2. Only PowerPC builds with AltiVec reach this implementation; the invalid read can expose adjacent process memory or terminate media processing.
