Integer overflow in FFmpeg 6.1.1 allows attackers to cause unspecified impact by supplying an SBG script with a negative duration. The sbgdec parse_options function accepts a negative -L duration, then subtracts it from INT64_MAX in a bounds check, producing signed integer overflow. Processing crafted SBG input is required; public sources do not establish a deterministic consequence beyond the overflow.
