Process crash via premature apad pointer assignment

Double free in FFmpeg 6.1 through 6.1.1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process via conflicting apad options. The new_stream_audio function assigns the selected apad string directly to ost->apad before MATCH_PER_STREAM_OPT finishes validating later matches, so an error path releases the same pointer twice. Triggering the flaw requires control over multiple matching apad options for an audio output stream; upstream demonstrates a deterministic crash, while memory corruption can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
