SQL injection via unneutralized delete_item ID

SQL injection in Diño Physics School Assistant 2.3 allows local users to alter database queries through a crafted item ID. The delete_item action in classes/Master.php passes the id argument into an SQL statement without adequate neutralization. A low-privileged authenticated local session is required; successful exploitation exposes or modifies application data and disrupts database-backed operations.
