Script execution via reflected Legacy Chat input
Published May 29, 2024 · Updated Mar 13, 2025
Reflected XSS in Mitel MiContact Center Business 10.0.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through Legacy Chat input. Mitel attributes the flaw to insufficient input validation but does not identify the request parameter being reflected or the output-encoding operation that fails. Exploitation requires a Legacy Chat deployment and user interaction, and the resulting script executes in the affected user's browser context.
