Local privilege escalation via redirected filesystem deletion

Link-following in Microsoft Azure Monitor before 1.26.0 allows local users to elevate privileges through redirected deletion paths. The Windows agent's cleanup logic deletes files and directories even when a path traverses a junction, hard link, mount point, or symbolic link. Low-privilege local access is required; the redirection lets the privileged agent delete a different filesystem target, compromising integrity and availability.
