Server crash via unbounded attestation response decoding

Denial of service in Stacklok Minder before 0.0.51 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server through GitHub attestations. getAttestationReply decodes the entire GitHub attestations HTTP response into AttestationReply without limiting the response body, exhausting memory. Exploitation requires an account, an attacker-controlled GHCR package with oversized attestations, and Minder configured to fetch them; the bounded consequence is a server crash that denies service to other users.
