Contract behavior manipulation via incorrect Yul argument order

Incorrect evaluation in Matter Labs ZKsync Solidity Compiler before 1.3.10 allows attackers to alter bytecode via crafted Yul. The Yul function-call lowering code iterates arguments in source order even though Yul requires right-to-left evaluation, so side-effecting arguments run in the wrong order. Exploitation requires side-effecting nested calls in the specific pattern; affected compilation can encode an unintended execution sequence in contract bytecode.
