Information exposure via unenforced HSTS downgrade

Cleartext transmission in Siemens SINEC Traffic Analyzer before 1.2 allows attackers to expose confidential information via downgrade attacks. The web server does not return an HSTS policy, so a browser is not required to retain HTTPS and can be redirected to an unencrypted HTTP connection. The attacker must obtain a local man-in-the-middle position; successful downgrading exposes traffic and permits modification in transit without interrupting service.
