Improperly restricted HTTP methods in Siemens SINEC Traffic Analyzer before 1.2 allow local users to modify unauthorized files. The web server accepts dangerous HTTP PUT and DELETE requests without restricting the methods needed to change files. No privileges or user interaction are required, but exploitation requires local access and affects file integrity only.
