Worker-process crash via HTTP/3 null dereference

A NULL pointer dereference in F5 NGINX Open Source and NGINX Plus HTTP/3 processing allows remote attackers to crash workers. The experimental ngx_http_v3_module dereferences a null pointer while handling an undisclosed HTTP/3 request, terminating the worker process. Exposure requires a binary compiled with that nondefault module and a listener configured with the quic option; successful requests interrupt service by killing a worker.
