Missing authorization in Trusty Plugins Country State City Dropdown CF7 2.7.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to add states or cities. The tc_csca_patch_settings function modifies dropdown data without checking whether the requesting account has an administrative capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the resulting integrity impact is limited to unauthorized state or city entries.
