Authenticated server crash via unbounded template expansion

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Stacklok Minder before 0.0.50 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via crafted templates. The REST ingester invokes endpoint.String() on user-controlled template text and parameters, expanding the result without a size limit and reading it entirely into memory. A user able to control both inputs can exhaust server memory; the documented consequence is a crash without confidentiality or integrity loss.
