Unauthorized calls via local-address endpoint matching

Authentication bypass in Asterisk 18.23.0, 20.8.0, and 21.3.0 allows remote attackers to place unauthorized SIP calls. The added transport identifier passes each request's local destination address, rather than its remote source address, into IP-based endpoint matching. Exploitation requires an endpoint identified by the Asterisk server's own IP address, causing unrelated unauthenticated SIP traffic to inherit that endpoint.
