Private-key disclosure via incomplete nested-field masking

Information disclosure in Ethyca Fides before 2.37.0 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve BigQuery private keys through API endpoints. The masking function honors sensitive annotations only at the secrets root, leaving nested keyfile_creds.private_key values unchanged in responses. Access requires an authenticated Admin UI role other than Approver or API authorization to an affected endpoint, exposing the Google Cloud private key.
