NTLMv2 hash disclosure via unrestricted file paths

Information disclosure in Project Jupyter Jupyter Server before 2.14.1 allows remote attackers to obtain the Windows user's NTLMv2 hash. FileFindHandler passes an attacker-supplied absolute or traversal path to filefind, which checks the referenced Windows file before confirming it lies under an allowed root. An unauthenticated request can therefore make the server access an attacker-controlled UNC share, exposing a relayable hash that can also be cracked for credential reuse.
