Registry version-file disclosure via authorization bypass

Incorrect authorization in multiple WSO2 products allows remote attackers to read registry version files through the management console. The registry version-file path applies flawed authorization logic to a specific, undisclosed bypass method and returns files without the required permission check. The console must be reachable from the attacker's network position; exposure is limited to configuration or resource files stored as registry versions.
