CVE-2024-3507

Sensitive-data access via unsafe restart logic

Published May 8, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024

Improper privilege management in Lunar 6.0.2 through versions before 6.6.0 allows attackers to access sensitive information via process injection. The restart logic fails to constrain the secondary executable, allowing a rogue application to gain Lunar's Accessibility permission. Exploitation requires low privileges, user interaction, and a high-complexity sequence; the reported consequence excludes service interruption.
