Banner-state modification via tokenless cross-origin POST

CSRF in Wangtai IDC Cloud Management System 1.35 allows remote attackers to change banner state through an administrator's browser. The share_switch.php handler accepts a cross-origin POST with the banner record and desired state encoded in its query string, without a request token. A logged-in administrator must submit the crafted form, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to changing banner state.
