Author-level stored XSS via insufficient sanitization
Published Jun 3, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Mervin Praison Praison AI SEO 4.0.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The plugin insufficiently sanitizes stored input and escapes it when rendering pages, but public advisories do not identify the affected field or function. Author-level access is required, and the payload executes when another user opens an injected page, allowing script actions in that user's browser context.
