Local privilege escalation via unsanitized transaction copies

Tapjacking in Google Android 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through unsanitized SurfaceFlinger transactions. SurfaceFlinger's setTransactionState iterates over composer states by value, so sanitize() modifies copies and leaves submitted states unsanitized. A low-privileged local app can exploit the retained transaction fields without user interaction to perform protected actions under a deceptive overlay.
