Privilege escalation via unauthorized Bluetooth HID reconnection

Bluetooth HID consent bypass in Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows physically proximate attackers to gain local privileges without user interaction. The HID host accepts incoming connections after its connection policy is disabled because it neither persists nor enforces the per-device reconnection decision. A previously paired HID device within Bluetooth range can therefore reconnect and regain HID input capability despite the user's disabled setting.
