Remote memory disclosure via unchecked SDP attribute length

Out-of-bounds read in Google Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows remote attackers to disclose memory via a malformed Bluetooth SDP attribute. The sdpu_compare_uuid_with_attr function passes the attribute value to a 16-byte comparison without rejecting attributes whose encoded length is not 16 bytes. No privileges or user interaction are required; the bounded consequence is disclosure of adjacent heap memory, with no reported write or code-execution capability.
