Cross-user file disclosure via generated storage paths

Information disclosure in MediaProvider in Google Android 12 through 14 allows local users to read another user's files via crafted values. When ensureFileColumns derives DATA from attacker-supplied RELATIVE_PATH and DISPLAY_NAME values, it omits a consistency check and permits insertion into another user's storage volume. A malicious local app needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction; the consequence is cross-user file reads rather than modification or service interruption.
