Local privilege escalation via null attribution source

Permission bypass in Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to elevate privileges through Bluetooth Binder calls. Several Bluetooth permission checks in Utils.java accept a null AttributionSource, creating a stub attribution chain that checks Bluetooth permissions instead of the calling app's permissions. A malicious local app needs no user interaction or additional execution privileges to invoke affected Binder methods and act with permissions it does not hold.
