Authenticated file read via local infile connection

Improper input validation in Apache Superset before 3.1.3 and 4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The MariaDB connection path accepts local_infile or allow_local_infile in an attacker-supplied SQLAlchemy URI, enabling LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE to copy a requested web-server file into a database table. Exploitation requires permission to create database connections, a MariaDB server and local MySQL client that both permit local infile, and access to the resulting table.
