System-privileged code execution via unchecked H.264 input

Out-of-bounds write in librtppayload.so on Samsung Mobile Devices with Android 12 through 14 allows remote attackers to run system-privileged code. In a specific H.264 parsing mode, librtppayload.so writes beyond a buffer because the parser does not properly validate input. A remote attacker must induce user interaction with malicious H.264 content; successful exploitation executes code with system privilege and can fully compromise the device.
