Local file access via improperly exported component

Improper component export in Samsung Mobile Devices on Android 13 and 14 allows local users to read files with elevated application privileges. The file-management application exports an Android component without adequate access control, exposing privileged file operations to other locally installed code. No user interaction or prior privileges are required, but malicious code must execute locally on an affected device; the disclosed consequence is file access only.
