Improper access control in DualDarManagerProxy on Samsung Mobile Devices with Android 12 through 14 allows local users to permanently disable the device. The proxy accepts calls without properly verifying the caller, allowing an unauthorized local process to reach a destructive operation. Low-privileged local execution is required, and the resulting service interruption is permanent rather than a transient crash or hang.
