Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized gender filter
Published Apr 8, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Laundry Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data. Pelanggan.php's laporan_filter function inserts the jeniskelamin POST value directly into a quoted SQL WHERE clause without parameterization or sanitization. An authenticated session is required; the demonstrated exploit identifies the database user, while broader impact is bounded by that account's permissions.
