Memory corruption via unvalidated heap-buffer write

Out-of-bounds write in libsmat.so on Samsung Mobile Devices running Android 12 through 14 allows local users to corrupt memory. The library fails to validate attacker-controlled input before writing into a heap buffer, permitting a write beyond the allocated boundary. The attack requires local access to an affected device; Samsung reports integrity and availability impact without data disclosure or remote reachability.
