CVE-2024-34527Network attack vector

OpenAI API key disclosure via stdout printing

Published May 5, 2024 · Updated Aug 22, 2024

Sensitive-data exposure in CloudOrc SolidUI 0.4.0 allows attackers to obtain an OpenAI API key from captured process output. The gpt_inference function in solidui/spaces_plugin/app.py prints the supplied openai_key value to standard output before sending the API request. Exposure requires access to console output or a logging system that captures it; the disclosed consequence is reading the key, not modifying application data or interrupting service.
