CVE-2024-34519Network attack vector

Data disclosure via shared dashboard auto-login

Published May 5, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Authentication bypass in Avantra Server 24.x before 24.0.7 and 24.1.x before 24.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read dashboard data. A shared dashboard runs as its configured auto-login user without restricting visitors to their own permissions, exposing data available to that account. Exploitation requires dashboard-creation access and a shared dashboard whose auto-login account has greater privileges than the visitor.
