Credential disclosure via unfiltered SMB-style file paths

Credential disclosure in Gradio before 4.20.0 allows remote attackers to capture Windows credentials via crafted SMB-style file paths. The file-serving route passes requested paths to safe_join, whose starts_with_protocol check failed to reject UNC and mixed-slash SMB prefixes. A network-exposed Gradio app on Windows is required; a crafted path makes the host contact an attacker-controlled SMB share and disclose authentication material.
