Stored XSS via unescaped interface error messages

Stored XSS in UnlinkedWikibase on affected MediaWiki releases allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser via interface messages. Hooks::getError passes the $err value to Html::rawElement without HTML escaping, causing attacker-controlled markup in an interface error message to be rendered. A victim must view the rendered error; execution is confined to the victim's browser context and can access displayed data or perform session-authorized actions.
