Controller hang via zero-length multipart reply

Infinite-loop denial of service in Faucet SDN Ryu 4.34 allows remote attackers to hang the controller with a crafted OpenFlow reply. OFPMultipartReply.parser in ryu/ofproto/ofproto_v1_3_parser.py advances its multipart-body offset by an attacker-controlled length without rejecting zero, so parsing never terminates. Network access to the controller's OpenFlow listener is sufficient, and the resulting loop interrupts controller processing.
