Controller hang via zero-length queue property

Denial of service in Faucet SDN Ryu 4.34 allows remote attackers to hang the controller via a crafted OpenFlow message. OFPPacketQueue.parser adds OFPQueueProp.len to its offset and loop counter without rejecting zero, so neither value advances. An unauthenticated network connection to the OpenFlow service is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is a controller process hang.
