Authenticated port scanning via iframe availability check
Published Apr 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SSRF in the Focus AJAX controller in Acquia Mautic 4.4.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to scan ports from the server. The checkIframeAvailability action accepts an attacker-selected URL, makes a back-end request to load it in an iframe, and returns distinguishable error results. Any low-privileged account can reach the action, exposing internal and external service reachability without granting response-body access.
