AMF crash via reachable NAS assertion

Reachable assertion in the AMF in Open5GS before 2.7.1 allows remote attackers to crash the AMF via a sequence of NAS messages. The gmm_state_authentication handler in src/amf/gmm-sm.c asserts that a return value is not OGS_ERROR instead of handling the error. Reachability requires the ability to send NAS messages from a UE, and assertion failure terminates the AMF process.
