Service disruption via unintended RMR type registration

Improper input validation in appmgr in O-RAN Software Community Near-RT RIC allows remote attackers to interrupt service components. During xApp registration, appmgr accepts an unintended RMR message type instead of rejecting the value, enabling interference with peer components. Exploitation requires authenticated, low-privileged network access to the xApp registration function; the reported consequence is service disruption without data access or modification.
