Cross-site scripting in Rukovoditel before 3.5.3 allows remote attackers to run script in victim browsers through user_photo on the profile page. Attacker-controlled user_photo content reaches the profile page without adequate neutralization; public records name no responsible code locus. Input submission requires no authentication, but exploitation requires a victim to load the affected page; browser-context data can then be exposed or altered.
